This is non-exhaustive and not a fixed requirement, the layout. You can add as you like, but this is minimum, bare bare minimum.
Don't forget to have a sweet scale model to show as well.
We suggest at least 1:10. If it is way too complicated, simplify, a scale model lets the clients visualise and have a better feel of your proposition.
